2024 Annual Institute Social
1016 Beverley Rd
Brooklyn, NY 11218
Eat, drink, sing, and socialize as we celebrate another year of critical, community-based education in the public sphere!
Brooklyn Institute for Social Research warmly invites you to our 2024 Annual Institute Social! Join us Thursday, May 30th, for an evening of delicious Indian food (courtesy of Jalsa, one of “the absolute best restaurants in Ditmas Park“), open bar (featuring Strong Rope brews and, of course, the Adorno Spritz), faculty lightning lectures, and, if you dare, karaoke. Tickets can be had at a variety of levels—please choose the ticket option that feels right for you. All proceeds help support Brooklyn Institute’s core operations, as well as our many public initiatives, including: free public events, podcasts and multi-media projects, BISR Praxis, and our scholarship fund, which provides pay-what-you-wish scholarships to hundreds of students yearly!
