Brooklyn Institute for Social Research is looking to sublet part of our DUMBO loft, located in an ADA-compliant building with two elevators. The light-filled office area is approximately 16 x 14 feet, with a glass door and soundproof wall separating it from the main space. It comes equipped with a projector and some limited storage, as well as free high-speed Internet access. The subtenant would enjoy full access to the space four days a week: Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 9 am – 5 pm, in addition to the possibility of using the larger, approximately 1000 sq. foot loft on weekends by request. Monthly rent is $1,000.
